Service Provider Contract

This document is a placeholder. The final legally binding contract will be supplied by ServiLynk's legal team before this page goes live.

1. Parties

This agreement is between ServiLynk ("the Platform") and the registered service provider ("Provider") who has completed the onboarding process.

2. Scope of Services

The Provider agrees to offer services through the ServiLynk platform in the categories for which they are registered and approved. The Provider operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee of ServiLynk.

3. Platform Fees & Commission

ServiLynk charges a commission on completed bookings as communicated to the Provider at the time of onboarding. This rate may be updated with reasonable prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for completed services will be disbursed to the Provider according to the payment schedule detailed in the Provider's account dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

The Provider grants ServiLynk a non-exclusive licence to display their name, logo, and service descriptions on the platform for the purposes of marketing and customer-facing listings.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. ServiLynk reserves the right to terminate immediately in the event of a material breach, including violations of the Code of Conduct.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
