ServiLynk Code of Conduct

1. Professional Behaviour

All service providers registered on ServiLynk must conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner when interacting with customers, fellow service providers, and ServiLynk staff at all times.

2. Honesty & Integrity

Service providers must represent their skills, qualifications, and experience accurately. Misrepresentation of credentials or services offered is grounds for immediate suspension.

3. Punctuality & Reliability

Confirmed bookings must be honoured. Providers must notify customers as soon as reasonably possible if they are unable to fulfil a booking, and must not repeatedly cancel confirmed jobs.

4. Quality of Work

All work performed through the ServiLynk platform must meet the quality standards outlined in the Operational Standards document. Providers are responsible for completing each job to the customer's reasonable satisfaction.

5. Safety

Providers must comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations. Any tools, equipment, or materials used must be safe and fit for purpose.

6. Non-Discrimination

Providers must not discriminate against any customer on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.

7. Confidentiality

Customer personal information obtained through the platform must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with third parties or used for purposes outside of fulfilling the booked service.

8. Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the ServiLynk platform at ServiLynk's sole discretion.
