Operational Standards

1. Presentation & Appearance

Providers must arrive at every job in clean, professional attire appropriate for the service category. ServiLynk-branded clothing, where provided, must be worn during all customer visits.

2. Equipment & Tools

Providers are responsible for arriving with all tools and equipment required to complete the booked service. Equipment must be in safe working order and appropriate for the job.

3. Communication with Customers

Providers must communicate professionally and promptly with customers through the ServiLynk platform. Direct sharing of personal contact information for the purpose of booking services outside the platform is prohibited.

4. Job Documentation

Providers must mark jobs as started, in-progress, and completed using the ServiLynk mobile application. Before-and-after photos must be uploaded for applicable service categories as instructed.

5. Workplace Safety

Providers must ensure that their work area is left safe and tidy upon completion of every job. Any hazards identified during a job must be reported to the customer before work commences.

6. Subcontracting

Providers may not subcontract or delegate approved bookings to other individuals without prior written approval from ServiLynk. Only registered and vetted individuals may perform work on behalf of a registered service crew.

7. Compliance

Providers must comply with all applicable national and local regulations relevant to their service category, including any licensing, certification, or permit requirements.
